Its fine natural aroma immediately reminds one of the pure rural cow ghee of the 1950s–60s. The taste is rich, smooth, and highly satisfying without any artificial smell or heaviness. In today’s market, finding such genuine quality is rare. Though expensive, it is absolutely worth the price for its purity, traditional preparation, and outstanding taste. Its texture, aroma and natural sweetness are exactly like the traditional khaand once prepared in rural kolhus from fresh sugarcane juice. It instantly reminded me of the authentic village process where sugarcane juice was cleaned naturally with herbal “Sukhrali” prepared from soaked bhindi plants, without any chemicals at all. The taste is rich, wholesome and completely natural, with the same earthy flavour that modern refined sugar can never provide. Even the crystal texture resembles the hand-processed khaand separated from molasses in traditional hand-driven centrifugal machines. It is rare to find such genuine, chemical-free Desi Khaand today.
