HETHA

Atta cookies are very tasty which are made of absolutely pure desi ghee ....

I tried it for 1 month ..I noticed that the milk has almost no fat content ..i believe some fat was taken out before delivering to us..i know the taste of indian cows milk but i think due to fat already extracted from it there was no good taste..also the cost was 120/lts which was too high even for wel to do families ..I recently switched to a local supplier which is much better and i am getting it around 75-80 ..As a recorded customer my number is 956082**89 ..Moment u connect they simply add in ur group and then marketing starts ..cow milk this cow milk that ..all sorts of gimmicks start

Very bad account management... Random charges on the bill... No accountability and replies and no reply from escalation desk also... :( Paid 2k on 3rd and still says account expired... When asked no response from last so many hours... Still taking the milk, still facing the same issue... Lot of issues with delivery and payment! Even after paying numerous calls and messages :( escalated as well but no help. I have not visited the farm but tried the milk and it seemed fine but there delivery and finance team are bullies. As per their policy it's works on advance which is fine but even after payment there finance team will call numerous times saying your bill is in negative. When I asked for the bill as thinking it might be true they never shared it but kept on aksing for money. So much so that the milk delivery guy told me that Hetha team dedcut money from there salary like this. This is such a bad practice. I tried to tell it to their team and all but nothing. There team talks like if we are aksing for money give it... Which is so unethical and clearly cheating. Also I'm writing here as there helpdesk simply rejected to help. There one and only answer is "will check" with no revert ever.

Bohot achha laga bohot bda h dam bohot achha staf h
