Excellent
Very disappointing experience with Chadda Sales Pvt. Ltd. We purchased multiple machines from them, including a butter churner and cream separator, and our experience has been extremely poor. Butter Churner: The machine was supplied without the required pulley. We had to purchase the pulley locally and get it fitted ourselves. From day one, oil has been leaking from the gearbox/motor area. We contacted Chadda Sales Pvt. Ltd. repeatedly, but despite several calls and follow-ups, we have not received proper service support or a satisfactory response. Cream Separator: The cream separator stopped working, and again, despite repeated calls, no proper service support was provided. We ultimately had to take the machine to a local repair shop and get it repaired through local technicians ourselves. The biggest issue is the extremely poor after-sales service. Once the machines were sold, getting a response from the company became a major problem. Customers should not have to repeatedly call a supplier or depend on local technicians to resolve issues with newly purchased machinery. We are extremely dissatisfied with both the machine experience and the after-sales support. Based on our personal experience, we strongly advise potential buyers to think very carefully before purchasing machinery from Chadda Sales Pvt. Ltd. Do not buy any machine from Chadda Sales without thoroughly verifying the machine quality, warranty terms and after-sales service commitment. Our experience included missing components, oil leakage from the beginning, machine failure and having to arrange repairs locally. This is not the level of service we expected after making a significant investment in machinery. Very poor experience. Very poor after-sales service. Buyers, please do your due diligence before purchasing from Chadda Sales Pvt. Ltd.
