Very good customer service and quality fishes and aquarium and accessories

It's the best pet shop in the area. They have complete range of products. Their quality of products is really awesome. I would surely recommend it to all.

One of the best shops in Patel Nagar to buy pet products. Also, the shop offers best discounts and charge reasonably.

Disease infested fishes mostly. And it is expensive. The owner thinks he knows everything about aquarium fish keeping and you might even believe him. Do your research regarding the fish before actually buying it. If you're knowledgeable you might actually get something from here.

Very well receiving and friendly owner , good service , good stock Reasonable price I kept my aquarium with them for one mnth as I went out of Town they took care them very well and the best part is even though I offered money for taking care of my fishes owner denied the money such a sweet gesture ☺️ It is such a recommended shop for pets ☺️

So i Randomly inquired the owner regarding my issue, there are no people who are left to look over your problems in this world, each one wants to trap the customers. But this one is just for the owner of the shop, Sanjay bhaiya turned out to be my messiah. The welcoming hand he gave to resolve my problem, a big hearted human being who just doesn’t values animals but humans need of the hour. A big thank you for being so thoughtful and helpful to me. There are soo less people left like you. Bushiness is a part of life but he just proved that there’s always humanity bigger than anything 🧿🙏🏻A BIG THANK YOU

Amazing collection of Aquariums. Beautiful shop with large verity of pet food and accessories. Great guidance from owner Mr Sanjay Vason. One stop shop in Patel nagar for all Pet needs!

They just exploit people. Highly Inexperienced staff and owner. All fish die in a week time after getting service from them. Don't even bother to respond to problems. Despite of several calls they are not bothered. .Don't even care about regular customers. They just keep on lingering the work by asking this or that. If they have taken money then at least have courtesy to deliver right things in a proper manner. And listen to the problems taking place afterwards. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED Heater was never recommended at the till date which itself shows inexperience. Fish die next day, even then you didn't ask for heater installation. We never questioned what you are installing what not. The service guy fill the tank upto the brim which made water hazy and ultimately all other fish die in a week. If you have charged, is it not your duty to take care the very next day when we informed that one fish has died. Because of you ignorance and lingering of visit all other fish died.

Very popular shop and good animal species they have ....as a customer I am satisfied from their service ☺️
