A humble request if you want to save your little pets than stay away from this shop. We bought 4 oranda fishes from this shop on 25 Feb 2024. Despite several time confirming them about the health of fishes, they confirmed that their fishes are healthy. I trusted them and put these fishes in my tank after acclimatising the fishes, next morning I realised out of 4 fishes 3 were infected by fungus and thread like worms. My entire tank is infected and fishes are dying 1 by 1. I recommend don’t go to them and for shopkeepers don’t fool people.

It's not an aquarium. Not a place where you buy fish. This place is a slaughterhouse for fish. I mean, the way they are kept. In totally unhygienic conditions. In bare bottom tanks. No substrate. No buffer. Plenty of dead fish lining the bottom of each and every tank. It was an extremely depressing sight. I have been in the aquarium hobby for nearly 40 years. Cannot believe that the fish that we care for so much in our own tanks, lead such a harsh and inhumane life. I will NEVER visit this place again.

I called up to enquire about exotic imported gold fish so that I could visit and buy. The guy on the phone was extremely unprofessional. He ignored me and started talking to some other guy. A courtsey to say NO would have gone a long way.

The fishes in here are kept with extreme care . I used to take lots of fish from this particular shop everytime whenever i need . They maintain the quality of fish along with the prices. must visit this place once .😊😊 …

Do not visit this place at all; it is strictly for wholesalers. They don't speak properly to retail customers—even when they have the stock, they refuse to sell or quote such exorbitant prices that no one would buy. They might even insult you by saying it's too expensive for you to afford. Seriously, do not go there; it's a big 'no'.

Very casual behavior of staff. Don't even turn on the lights when customers visit. Have to poke them even then they don't turn on all the lights. This is a wholesale shop so they are disinterested in normal customers.

I have visited this aquarium shop around 5–10 times over the last five years. Unfortunately, my experience has not been very satisfactory. The staff often does not provide clear or accurate information about fish care, equipment, or products. Prices are noticeably higher compared to many other aquarium stores in the area. Retail customers do not seem to get much attention, as the shop appears to prioritize larger buyers. At times, it feels like products are recommended mainly to make a sale rather than to meet the customer's actual needs. I hope the shop improves its customer service, product guidance, and pricing transparency in the future.
