My family and I had a wonderful stay at this farmhouse! The peaceful surroundings and beautifully maintained property made it an ideal getaway for all of us. The staff was extremely courteous and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The kids loved the open spaces to play, and we all enjoyed the delicious, freshly prepared meals. I would like to share my experience with this property, starting with the excellent assistance provided by Ms. Pragati. She managed our corporate booking seamlessly, understanding our needs and always offering helpful support. Additionally, the restaurant staff, including Kashi, Bibha, and the rest of the team, were always available and provided top-notch service, offering delicious food throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, and the location is perfect. We now prefer this property over other hotels due to the exceptional service we consistently receive. The property itself is always neat and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We recently stayed at this hotel and left with several concerns. First, there was no visible EV charging station on the premises, which made planning for electric vehicle travel inconvenient. We also encountered an issue with dining service: when we ordered from a nearby restaurant that offered higher quality food, we were refused cutlery, which seemed unnecessary and unhelpful. During our stay, a friend of ours was questioned about our intentions for visitation. This added an uncomfortable and intrusive atmosphere that did not align with the service standards we expect from a hotel. The staff overall appeared rude and demotivated, which affected the tone of every interaction. The wellness facilities did not meet expectations either—the pool was quite small and felt more like a fountain than a proper pool. Upon arrival, the check-in experience felt transactional, and as the payment process concluded, we perceived a decline in the level of respect shown to us as guests. In short, the hotel did not live up to the hospitality standards we value. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes tangible improvements, especially in guest respect, staff morale, and basic amenities like EV charging and dining support. Tivoli group is a master in their craft.The craft is very elaborate-Food,hospitality,the spacious rooms,the exotic swimming pool,the lovely staff. Service & Rooms are good but location is in huge traffic area, there should be permanent solution for traffic by authorities.
