She provided exceptional support from my first visit for multiple fibroids through an open myomectomy to the amazing postpartum care for our new baby. My delivery experience in sitaram bhartia was amazing, in the care of Dr Ashmita Saha , I was able to have a normal delivery. I will highly recommend this hospital and entire team of doctors especially the gynaecology department.

10/10 On 23rd March, I underwent a surgery at Sitaram Bhartia. 1. TPA desk is super efficient & helpful. Once my pre- approval was processed they even called & informed. 2. PAC Team & coordinator: while I had to go twice but coordination was simple. 3. IPD desk: I had to initially struggle with the room. But they arranged it under 20 mins. 4. Rooms: Clean with a window view 5. Cleaning, F&B: Very efficient & pro-active. 6. Nurse: In hospitals of this scale, one have to chase them down, here it was extremely professional. 7. Discharge Summary: I think they have the finest system in place. 8. Billing: Seamless

One of the most horrible experiences I've had with an ENT. With a charge of 1500 rupees had to wait for 50 mins on the first day with an emergency ear pain. Took an appointment the second time for 1 p.m., that day their system was down so had to keep waiting for an hour in order to meet the doctor. Zero responsibility. I had come without eating my lunch because she hardly ever gave me time more than 5 mins. Even after reaching out to their staff about this , my appointment was ignored completely and my slip was added to the bottom. Complete wastage of time, energy and money. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

I would have given the hospital 6 stars since it so aligns with how I wanted my birthing experience to be BUT the verbal abuse and inability of the staff to deal with a new mother, I’m forced to give a one. Post my birthing - it was an emergency c sec, what I get to hear with in 6 hours of delivery by a nurse named “mama, ma” or something on those lines is “why couldn’t you try for a normal one, you girls these days are so weak”. This nurse has no clue of why it was an emergency c-sec for me and harassing me with these stupid words! Then comes their influencer doctor, on every bill board, insta page, - my mother has tied a red thread around my foot, like every mother doing any and every thing of belief to protect her child. This doctor steps in judging and making a condescending remark on that red thread. It gets worse from here, had the audacity and I would say illiteracy to say “Ayushi why are you so weak, come on be brave that that first step” “I don’t think you are brave” Is this how you train your obs. doc to encourage a new mother. It took me a year to really write this feedback. Everything else is the hospital is perfect, the care, the ideology around birthing, post birthing care, infact the fact the hospital doesn’t even smells of hospital is huge. Dear management if you can save other mothers from this misery, please do! Thanks

I had a very good experience during my visit to Sitaram Bhartiya Hospital with Dr. Abhimanyu Kumar (Orthopedic Doctor). The consultation was smooth and comfortable and the Dr. Listen patiently to all my concerns. The treatment and guidance provided have really helped and I am already feeling much better now. I can’t express enough gratitude for my OB-GYN Dr Rakhi. She is truly the sweetest and most compassionate doctor I have ever met. I first met her at around 32 weeks of pregnancy when I was hoping for a VBAC, and from day one she listened to me patiently and treated me like family. She completely understood my concerns, respected my wishes, and gave me a fair and genuine attempt at VBAC. When things didn’t progress as expected, she acted immediately and performed an emergency C-section, literally saving my baby’s life. Her quick decision, calm nature, and expertise made all the difference in that critical moment. She is not just an excellent doctor but a true saviour for both me and my baby. I will forever be grateful to her for her care, kindness, and dedication. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens, cares, and puts her patients first.

We recently welcomed our baby girl under the care of Dr. Anita Sabharwal although we have consulted with Dr. Priti Arora and it is such a coincidence that our both babies were born under aforementioned doctor's guidance and supervision. Dr. Anita made our entire journey truly special. We appreciate her perfect balance of modern medical approach and traditional wisdom, which made us feel deeply comfortable and her Mumma's nature also made everything so easy that you won't feel pressurized at any point of time. Best experience with Dr. Anita Sabarwal! She is grounded, treats patients like family, and encourages normal delivery with effective tips. The delivery nurses are also amazing—very supportive and they review your condition every few hours to keep things moving smoothly. For anyone planning a delivery, she is the one to trust blindly.
