Staff at ultrasound was very rude to pregnant women my appointment was at 9 am and I reached 9:12 with photo copy of my prescription the lady at reception misbehaved such that my bp went high due to her argument avoid Sitaram for ultrasound and this staff should be removed from public dealing despite doctors are very good at Sitaram

I had the privilege of delivering my first child here and my experience was excellent. The care and support throughout the entire process were truly reassuring. We are blessed with a healthy baby and are truly thankful to Dr. Madhumita Patel and the Sitaram Hospital team. Highly recommended to all expecting parents.

Too much expensive, Everytime you are advised something by the doctor you have to be in line again for the billing. Wish i hadn't gone there in the first place. Wifi password isnt available for those who are there for regular checkups, unless & untill you or your family members are on one of their beds.

I had an outstanding experience during my recent visit with Dr.Irene and Nikita Kumari . From the moment the consultation began, they were attentive, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain my condition clearly, and discuss treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable and respected throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated the thoroughness of the examination and the genuine care shown for my well-being. Thank you, for your exceptional service and dedication. I left the visit feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the care I received. Thanks to the hospital staff for smooth registration and the hospital for everything.

I am a incredibly grateful for all the doctors, support staff and every single member of this amazing hospital. I delivered my baby normally despite multiple complications during my pregnancy (read Gdm & high bp) . From my doctor Anita Sabherwal, and her extended team (group practice ), to all the superhero nurses who helped me during my labor, and postpartum care, Sarita mam and all representatives who manage the appointments , to the carefully curated anc classes, my pregnancy experience with them was phenomenal. Can’t thank my stars enough for guiding me to this hospital! Deeply indebted 🙏adding a picture from my labour room which had such motivational posters for support

It is pleasure to announce, now I am a father of a baby. The desire to become parents and that feeling can’t be expressed in words. Finally struggle of last 5 yrs came to an end, which might not be possible without the help of “Dr. Nikita” (Gyane at Sitaram Bhartia). “Dr. Nikita” helps us through all ups and downs during the whole process. Starting from better treatment, till the delivery. Special Thanks to Dr Nikita and Thank you Sitaram Bharti Hospital. Also thanks to “Dr Aditi” (Paediatrics) for proper take care of Baby and parenting guidance. Thanks to all the staff for better co-operations during stay and Visit.

I visited Dr. Sarin (psychiatrist) on the 27th Oct. Having suffered all my life (I'm 37yo), this was a pretty massive step for me. Dr. Jakhar who took my history was great. He was patient and understanding, I felt comfortable being vulnerable. My interview with Dr. Sarin was the exact opposite. He seemed bored, dismissive and entirely uninterested. The entire 'interview' lasted 5 min where he asked me nothing, gave me 2 links to read and a set of tests. It felt like a bored exercise in getting you to book more appointments. I left the place with one of the most severe anxiety attacks I have had in my life that lasted good 8 hours with elevated heart rate. I was shaking so bad I couldn't drive. Felt like I paid to be treated like crap. Full disclosure my partner went to the same doctor and had the opposite experience. Maybe he picks the patients he likes, either way never going back again.

It’s a very good hospital. Very costly yes. But, this has good doctors too. Plus they keep conducting various seminars for the pregnant women, new Moms etc. I’m not sure whether they charge for the seminars but as far as I remember, yes they do. (Nothing comes free in this world btw) Personally, I did not like the nurses. They are not well informed and just follow whatever is said. The doctors are good and can be trusted too. It’s located in the posh area of Delhi. So, it has to be costly. It’s very luxurious and well maintained.

Good research and institute found for my mother's thyroid checkup. During this corona period the place is empty and doctors give ample time for consultation and research. I would recommend people to visit this incase you don't find any other good hospital or facilities elsewhere. Situated in Qutab Industrial Area people usually don't know much about this. Though we had been treated well and given extra comfort for corona check up after entering.

This is a really old research institute turned into a hospital. Was never meant to be a hospital and hence wasn't designed to be one. OT stretches can't enter rooms, patients are taken on wheelchairs (rustic) to the OT, and the biggest one - bathroom doors are so narrow that walkers can't enter! It's a nightmare!
