Worst experience ever. Kapil’s Salon, Sector 10 Rohini, is an absolute disappointment. The staff is clueless and has no idea how to receive or deal with customers. Their attitude is rude, unwelcoming, and unnecessarily rough. The hairstylist seems to know only one basic haircut and nothing beyond that. My hair looks completely uneven and poorly done. He rushed through the haircut in barely 10 minutes, showing zero interest or skill. When asked for styling, he casually refused, blaming my “low volume” instead of doing his job properly. For the price they charge, the service is a pathetic excuse for a professional salon. No professionalism, no courtesy, and zero knowledge of hairstyling. This place is a waste of money, time, and trust. I would strongly advise people to stay away. Worst. Worst. Worst. Services Haircut, Hairstyling

Got an amazing hair cut from one of the staff named ‘Zia’. Guess he is the director of hair cut department . Must visit.An extremely well organised atmosphere! I generally go to Saket for my Grooming tasks. Writing this review after my third visit: The salon has Zia who takes care of my brother's hair and has been my brothers favourite for a few years now. However, While accompanying my brother for haircut, I got SAHIL to take care of my haircut+keratin and JAHNVI to provide me with a clean-up Facial. Both the services were commendable, and finally I have a salon near my home who I can rely on for some tasks. The prices are on a bit higher side as compared to my Salon back in Select City Walk, Saket. They offer a membership for different pricing than non-member prices. Overall I rate this place 5 for: easy parking, located inside shopper stop, services, staff behaviour. Tip: please play some music all the time!! Thanks!
