I had my first tattoo done at this studio, and it was an amazing experience! I was a little nervous at first, but the entire process was smooth and comfortable. A special thanks to Dolly, who did an incredible job. She recreated my design exactly the way I wanted—it turned out even better than I had imagined. I had a really nice experience getting my nails done by Rani. The ambience was calm and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. She understood exactly the idea I had in mind and brought it to life perfectly my nails turned out just how I wanted. Rani was also very sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout. I am disappointed at the service provided. The end result is what I wanted BUT to get there they had to repeat the process twice. I got a really nice girl for my nails, but she was clearly new to the job and kept on burning me while filing the nails and when it was time to apply the nail polish she did a terrible job. The result was SO bad and patchy that a colleague of her had to do the redo the WHOLE process (the filing, the manicure and the polish application) from scratch, leaving my nails sooo fragile that now due to the excessive filing they bend like butter. I like the end nail Polish application and nail art because clearly the second girl was way more experience, but my nails are ruined! And to conclude I had to pay the full amount even if the process took 3 times more and they ruined my nails, I at least expected a discount due to their mistake of putting an unexperienced girl to do my nails, but the manager did not even acknowledge the problem. And lastly, my friend had a better end result but the manicure was excessive, her cuticles are still bleeding for the deep cutting that they performed.
