Few days back i had my brazilian waxing done for underarm which left red rashes and itching next day and later turned into dark patches and my underarms were always clean and clear. I had earlier their milk wax done which never caused any problem.It has turned my underarm turned dark .PLEASE AVOID Brazilian wax at any cost.Cant trust quality of product now. Worst place for men. They’ll charge you a hefty price for inexperienced artists who don’t even know what they’re doing. They messed up my hair completely and charged 500rs for it. On top of that I called them before going and they claimed their artists are much experienced and will style my hair according to how I want. Complete liars. Here is some constructive feedback regarding my experience with Aarti. While we were waiting for my wax to heat up, she asked me to lie down for my eyebrow threading. My elbows were stretched out while holding my brows, and I could feel the hot wax heater underneath me. I asked her to move it away, but when I adjusted again to hold my eyebrows, I ended up burning my elbow because the heater was still too close. A situation like this should have been handled with better awareness, especially after it had already been pointed out once. It spoke a lot about the attentiveness during the service. She was polite, knew the techniques, and seemed understanding, but overall the experience still felt somewhat amateur considering the rates being charged. During the facial, multiple products went into my mouth and eyes, even though my eyes were closed. Midway through, my eyes started burning and I had to ask her to wipe them. Even by the end, my eyes were still red and watery. She mentioned that I needed to keep my eyes closed, but I had done that from the beginning . Another small concern was that I didn’t have a proper place to keep my sunglasses, so they were placed on the waxing stand. At the end of the appointment, I noticed wax on them as well. On the other hand, my mom had her services done by Reshma and had a very positive experience. Her manicure and pedicure were top-notch, and during her facial she did not experience any discomfort with products getting into her eyes or mouth. Reshma also took the time to recommend products based on the skin concerns both my mom and I had. Since I usually avoid facials because my skin is sensitive, she explained which products and facial options would suit my skin type and even mentioned that past customers with similar concerns had benefited from those treatments. Tried this salon for a haircut and facial grooming and honestly it was a really good experience. The stylist took time to understand how I usually keep my hair and gave some good suggestions as well. The haircut shape came out really neat, also liked how clean and organized the place was. Will definitely come back again. Services Hairstyling
