⭐️ **Very Disappointing & Unsafe Service** I had a **terrible experience with Mango’s home salon service**. I booked waxing, bleach, and threading and clearly told them **multiple times to send a professional and experienced person**. Despite this, the service quality was extremely poor. After the **bleach**, I got a **serious skin reaction on my face**, and even after informing them, there was no proper care or guidance. On top of that, during **threading**, the beautician caused **visible cuts on my face**, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. This shows a **lack of professionalism, poor staff training, and zero concern for customer safety**. When it comes to face services, one cannot take such risks. I trusted the brand, and it resulted in pain, irritation, and stress. I would **not recommend Mango** to anyone looking for safe or professional salon services at home. Extremely disappointing experience. 💔

I had an excellent time here. I had gotten some hair treatment done alongwith a facial. Sam and Ritu Rajput were attending me and both were such professionals and highly skilled at their jobs. I visited Mango Salon with my mother, and we both had a wonderful experience. Ram did my mother’s hair spa and haircut. He was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure she felt comfortable throughout. The results were great, and she was very happy with the service. Sam handled my hair color, haircut, and hair spa. He did an excellent job with attention to detail, and I really appreciate the time and care he put into the process. The entire staff was very courteous, the salon maintained excellent hygiene standards, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. We are very satisfied with the services and would highly recommend Mango Salon for their professionalism, cleanliness, and great customer care. If I would have had option of below 1 star I would have given that I took a smoothing service from this platform Saif was been appointed but experience was horrible The person knew I had coloured hair no colour protecting or heat protection products were used before he started as a result I was left with frizzy dry and burnt hair My hair does not look like I have taken a smoothing service I don’t know how will my hair get normal texture More over I just told him to trim my hair but chopped them just half of my original length
