MANGO Salon

I m a regular customer of mango Salon, DWARKA. But yesterday, I had a worst experience with Pooja, who came for home service for facial, eyebrows and other. Totally untrained lady. Facial massage she did with a pinch of cream and rubbed my face with dry hands only. Don't understand whether in one pack she was adjusting two customers or what else I totally don't understand. She destroyed shape of my eyebrows totally. My face skin is still feeling discomfort instead of comfort after face massage. No one calls back after complaint also. Totally untrained some staff. Very disappointed 😠😠😡👎👎👎

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mango Salon’s home service. Customer satisfaction clearly isn’t a priority for them—they focus more on wasting time than providing real solutions. The beautician, Jyoti, used a dirty bedsheet and a used face towel, which was completely unhygienic. There were even insects in her bag or products. The Korean facial had no visible effect on my skin. Instead of addressing my concerns or guiding me through the booking confusion, she was ready to leave. Since I had a function to attend, I had no choice but to continue the service in majboori (compulsion). She wasted an hour arguing over discounts rather than providing a solution. The waxing was extremely painful, and when I asked for Rica wax, she simply said the prices were high. Additionally, she charged extra for small areas per square inch, which is absurd. When I questioned a missing service, she dismissed it, saying, “It’s not in our hands; it’s the policy,” as if she needed permission from the PM or CM. In comparison, Yes Madam and Urban Company are far more professional, hygienic, and customer-friendly. They focus on solutions, not just excuses. This time Asha had come for the service and I had the most amazing massage of my lifetime. Thank you team Mango for such an amazing experience. Ritu did a wonderful korean rice water based facial for me. She was super patient and professional. Best massage. U have been going to this salon for over 10 years now. Never disappoints.
