I am Karishma Tanwar. I am following Shikha' Sharma diet plan from mid November. Dr. Aditi is my nutritionist guide. I have reduced my weight 3.4 approx within a month. Inches loss is also visible which is making me feel happy & confident. Although I am not doing any physical activity or workout. But still it is reducing day by day. I am thankful to Aditi for her continuous dedication & efforts in making my diet plan healthy.

It has been an amazing, delicious and healthy journey with Vedique by Dr. Shikha Sharma. Dietician Yogita has been a constant support throughout as she week by week instructed about my diets, my needs l, my likes and such. It was definitely worth it. I lost almost 15-16 kgs and it was not at all boring, or too much, it was just right. I would definitely recommend this to all who wish to loose weight, or just want to stay fit without loosing weight.

Hello Vedique diet,I have join you last month .its quiet a good experience with you all and my dietician Harsha has helped me a lot in my journey because of which there is 3-4 kg loss in a month which is amazing for me. Harsha is accommodating my choices tooo so that I don’t lose my temperament which is good even twice I had a call from dr Shikha which too was helpful for me. But long journey to go smoothly. Although, the diet plan was excellent but the company doesn't stick to it's words in terms of reference bonus. They promise to give cashback upon providing reference but no cashback is provided and also they force you to take extra days instead. However, Riya & Aarti were very helpful in terms of assistance and did excellent job regarding diet plan. God bless them.
