Jagdish Store has always been my 1st choice for choosing fabric for curtains n sofa. They have a good selection which suits all budgets .The staff is extremely polite and always ready to help . A special mention for Digambar ji who is very efficient n patient to deal with customers. Narender Sharma did a fabulous job with my curtains .
I recently bought curtain fabric and upholstery fabric from JS . The delivery was reasonably punctual and the curtains were installed promptly . Kudos to the team ! However the in store customer service - especially in the high end section was not customer friendly and they seemed least interested in selling. That was disappointing. Hence -1 for that . Need to improve in store service.
Good work done by Mr. Navneet and vikash .
Nice service. Good service by neeraj , ashish and pratap ji
