Authentic and stylish articles at a little bit higher price: but the competence of the staffs, seamless parking and overall feeling of "proud to be Indian" make it worthwhile to pay a visit. Another plus is that the place remains open everyday, even on holidays!!

In this shop you will find mostly genuine pieces at a fair price. The employes will also not chase you in order to make a purchase. The quality of the items differ and if you want something really nice you will pay premium. Variety is also limited.

Everything is overpriced, limited options for anything to choose from, quality not upto the mark. Save your time, money, and energy and go somewhere else.

Good store for handicraft items but prices are too high for each and every item

This is an excellent place for shopping, especially if you are a foreigner or planning to gift the items for some official delegation. Collection in Fligree Silver, Bidriware, Marble, White Metal stand apart. Not giving 5 star only because the rate seems to be on a higher side. However, the quality of the product is nice. I have also posted a picture of few silver items.

This is probably one of the best places to shop for authentic goods by Indian artisans - the store is beautifully designed, the staff is really helpful, and the collection of things is absolutely exquisite! From marble gold leaf work to lovely woodworks (sandal, kadam), teas, metalworks.. they literally have it all. A gift from here is a true taste of India and won't disappoint you. There's something here for everyone!

Central Cottage Industries Emporium (CCIE) is a government-run emporium that sells a wide variety of handicrafts and handlooms from all over India. It is located on Janpath, a popular shopping street in New Delhi. Nearest Metro station just adjacent to this is JANPATH Metro. CCIE is a great place to find unique and authentic Indian handicrafts. The emporium has a wide variety of items to choose from, including textiles, jewelry, sculptures, paintings, and home decor. The prices at CCIE are reasonable, and the quality of the products is high. CCIE is a great place to shop for souvenirs or gifts. It is also a great place to learn about Indian handicrafts and to support the work of local artisans. The staff at CCIE is helpful and knowledgeable. They are happy to answer any questions you have about the products and to help you find the perfect item for your needs.

It is a one stop shop for a wide variety of artifacts and household items to dresses and even paintings.... basically everything Indian....must visit for everyone looking for something traditionally INDIAN.

Government emporium situated in Janpath near CP where you can buy handicrafts, lilens as well as dresses and dress materials. Bit on the costlier side though.
