It's strategically located, ideal place to buy good quality premiums handicrafts. Prices are definitely not competitive and bit more then usual. Variety and choices are restricted. Discounts are very less. Nicely arranged. Some of the staff were Pro, while few were very unsuitable for the job. Need to be more professional. Proper packaging for my purchase was NOT available so I had to leave without it. Courier services to destination are also not available. Kids and senior citizens friendly. I will definitely give a thumbs up for this outlet however it needs aggressive marketing and staff.
Very good place to buy authentic handicrafts and traditional stuff from all over India. Everything ranging from pottery, silver metal (especially the Meenakari filigree works) and brass statues and jwelery items, beautifully carved wood and bone statement pieces, perfumes and fragnant essential oils, to leather bags, plush carpets and textiles in all shapes and sizes including intricately embroidered silk saris, stoles, lehengas, silk and pashmina shawls and many more can be bought here. And all are genuine materials bought directly from the traditional workers of India! Staff is also very helpful and is always very eager to explain and showcase the rich quality and diversity of the arts, handlooms and handicrafts here. Definitely the one place to visit in Delhi!
Its one of my favorite places to buy traditional gifts from. I used to frequent the place with my colleagues from abroad to showcase our rich handicrafts in one stop shop displaying beautiful artifacts from all over India. They used to lap it all up, one pf them buying even silk curtains and kashmiri carpets (i wonder how much custom duty she paid for the extra weight) Be it kitchenware (gold plated, silver, brass, copper vessels), or chandan wooden items(idols, chessboards, rosaries), clothes, beautiful bedcovers, cushion covers, mats, amazing range of purses in all colors and sizes made from cotton and silk, intricately carved furniture, silver jewellery, ...every artefact tells a story of its native place edging you to take home a piece of our rich heritage.... its an all together different experience even if i don’t buy anything...just admiring the vast display of best of Indian handicrafts, spread over 4 floors makes my day. A must visit place especially to buy a unique gift for someone special!
It is always wonderful to touch authentic Indian handicraft … it is genuine government authorised handicrafts from different Indian states that represent craftsmanship
Exorbitant price, i was shocked seeing the over priced tags, if this venture is meant to support artisans and creators, products should be affordable, such a huge space , i felt this space could have utilised well if planned nicely, the stffs were standing with zero interest in the ground floor, sarees were looking old and price are thrice the making cost itself ,, the furniture section was quite nice and attractive still the prices are way tooo much , even jewelleries too, may be foreigners can afford and buy blindly Hope they will make things well in future
It’s a good place to buy souvenirs (and it seemed to me furniture though my goal was buying gifts). There is definitely variety in this several floors shop. Of course if you have the option to buy the handcrafted products from their original locations, you can get better quality for a cheaper price, but being in delhi and needing a nice collection while enjoying the AC and avoiding the bargaining rituals , this shop is a nice choice. Also, as i was filling up my basket, I could give them the finalized items and get a receipt to hold onto, continue my shopping and pay for everything at the end and get my stuff. Definitely lightened my shopping burden today!
Recommended if you want a one-stop, trustworthy, air‑conditioned shopping experience stocked with quality Indian crafts— without the stress of bargaining or authenticity doubts. Be aware that prices are higher due to their fair‑trade model, packaging, and convenience; export logistics may not always be seamless in rare cases.
Good place for antique and handicrafts, paintings etc. Prices are legitimate and loads of options. Staff is really polite
The quality and creativity is good, select pieces are very exclusive. The prices are not for common man.
Government operating souvenir shop listed on guidebook Around 4floors with various types of souvenirs. The atmosphere is nice and staffs are friendly (a little bit hard to find the entrance though)
