Awesome mall with lots of brands option
Beautiful and good place for shopping
New and improved big bazaar, nice collection of items, decent prices. If only they had a quick checkout counter, I would have given 5 stars. Also, the employees on check out counters are too slow. They need help on something or the other all the time!!
Smart Bazaar has almost all the brands of all the daily needs at very attractive discounted prices. It is located at the lower ground floor of the Ambience Mall and is accessible via escalators. Tips: Carry your 2/4 wheeler parking receipt, they will reimburse that in the bill. Also carry a carry bag with you to avoid additional charges.
Very Nice Collection & All but for baggage counter should be improve currently they told to carry own force fully which was very inconvenience.
This is very place for every one. One can have any type of items. You may enjoy this place for every you need.
Good place for groceries
A wonderful shopping experience . very good ambience. Many products like apparels, groceries,dairy products, vegetables, fruits, shoes,electronic and kitchen items are available . Daily there is a discount offer on some products going on. Food court is good but you may find difficulty in getting a seat on Saturdays and Sundays during peak hours.Check out facility is also good. 25 counters. The customer service cell are very good.
Gpvinda .. Govinda .. zero response for customer these sales persons men and women in middle ages standing like couples taking non stop with each other really don't care . You visit the clumsy place and come out no body to respond to your queries just , they stare at you , why have you come in the first place !??
Staff behavior at the entrance is awful. They need to make the entrance in a proper way with instructions for people to put their bags or make separate entry. Stapling our expensive paper bags shut is not the proper way, they damage the bag which we want to reuse. The whole experience becomes bad. If they are so paranoid about people stealing they should invest in cameras and cloth tags. Checking people's bags , stapling bags purchased from other stores is an awful customer service for a upscale place like vasant kunj.
