The Guards are not at all helpful. They put the tag on the zipper bag. At the time of exit i asked them to cut the tag. The lady guard said we do not have a cutter to remove it. After a small argument she had a cutter also and got it removed. We are not allowed to carry such items within the mall and my small child's milk items were in the bag.

Visited Reliance Smart Bazaar, Vasant Kunj with my young daughter for routine shopping. After selecting items and making part payment in cash, the billing staff informed me that due to a technical issue, the invoice could not be generated and asked me to go to customer care to collect it, as if the issue was mine. At the customer care desk, the staff (appearing to be the store manager) behaved in a rude and condescending manner. I was repeatedly questioned about my purchases and payment despite the issue clearly being from their billing system. Even after verifying with the billing staff, no apology was offered. While exiting the store, the security alarm went off and I was stopped because a security tag was left on one of the items. This caused unnecessary embarrassment in front of other customers. After bill verification, I was allowed to leave. Overall, a highly unpleasant experience. Poor staff behavior, lack of accountability, and no basic courtesy. The entire visit, which was meant to be a normal outing with my daughter, was ruined.

Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience from yesterday at Reliance Smart Bazaar, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. After completing my shopping and billing of around ₹8341, one of the staff members suddenly took my trousers worth ₹699 away from the billing area saying he was removing the security tag. But the tag was already removed and the removal machine was already available at the counter itself. When I questioned him, he simply said “sorry”. Initially, I ignored the incident. But after payment, when I carefully checked my shopping items, I discovered that one Polo T-shirt worth ₹699 was missing from my bag. When I asked again, the same staff member brought the T-shirt back from another place and admitted it was his mistake. Honestly, this entire situation felt very suspicious and unprofessional. This is not only about ₹1200–₹1300, it is about customer trust and safety. If I had not checked my items properly before leaving the store, I would have suffered a direct loss. I have already raised a complaint with customer care and requested CCTV verification and strict action against the concerned staff member. Request to everyone: Please always verify your shopping items and quantity before leaving any billing counter.

Great Mall with most of the brand stores available inside. We spent half a day exploring the mall.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Reliance Smart, Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj. The store was distributing expired or near-expiry food products as free samples to customers. This is a serious violation of basic food safety standards and puts people’s health at risk. Such negligence from a brand like Reliance is shocking and raises serious concerns about their quality checks and ethics. Customers trust you with what they consume—this kind of behavior completely breaks that trust. Strongly advise everyone to be cautious while purchasing from here.

I really enjoyed Smart Bazar at Ambience Mall — great variety of products at very affordable prices. The only downside was the basement food section, which felt a bit messy with cartons and boxes lying around. Otherwise the store was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good deals.
