There are big lines for billing Noone is bothering for even senior citizen.It takes more the 30 mins for billing. I have made complaints but Noone listens.management has be ensure there shall be more counter persons

Staff is not helpful at all. They just group in a corner and chat up with their group rather than being helpful. I kept requesting them for help finding a cart (which they forgot to replenish for more than 10 mins or so), they didn’t even respond.

Newly open store, the store has two floor comparatively bigger. Dedicated sections for clothes and you can get plenty of options. Very good deal for groceries, also it has electronics section. You have to spend time for check the available offers, If you have patience you can save money in your monthly budget

This is a large grocery store in a plush area. Air. Conditioned. Expensive. No. Fish or meat available. Fresh fruit and veg available. Clean, courteous place

The store is okay, but be cautious when a staff member suggests a product offer. One of their employees suggested I buy a 5kg bag of Kohinoor Basmati rice, claiming that a 5kg bottle of India Gate refined oil was free with it. When I asked why such a large amount of oil was free, he insisted it was part of a special offer, so I took it. ​However, when I checked my bill, I saw that both items had been charged separately—nothing was free. When I confronted the same staff member about the offer, he flatly denied it, claiming I had misunderstood him and that he never said it was free. ​Long story short: don’t blindly trust the floor staff and always double-check your bill before leaving the counter.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the poor customer service at Smart Bazar. The store usually operates with only one staff member at the billing counter, which causes extremely long queues and excessive waiting times for customers. Customers often have to stand in line for a considerable period before their billing is completed. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of attention during the billing and packing process. Recently, my wife purchased a pair of sandals along with some clothing items. While the sandals were billed and included in the invoice, they were not packed and handed over to her. This oversight caused significant inconvenience. I request that adequate staffing be arranged at the billing counters and that proper checks be implemented to ensure all billed items are packed and delivered to customers before they leave the store.

recently visited SMART Bazaar at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, and overall it’s a very good place for grocery and daily-shopping needs. This store is located inside the mall and offers a wide selection of products — from fresh fruits and vegetables to packaged foods, dairy items, snacks, beverages, and household essentials — making it a one-stop shop under one roof. The store layout is spacious and well organized, so you can easily find what you’re looking for. Shopping here feels comfortable with wide aisles and clear signage, and the environment is generally clean and pleasant. The staff are polite and ready to help, and checkout is usually efficient, which adds to the overall smooth experience. Another highlight is the good variety of quality products and attractive deals or promotions on many brands, which offers good value for money. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes during peak hours (like weekends and evenings) the store can get a bit crowded, and navigating with a full trolley may take slightly longer than expected. But overall, it’s a reliable and enjoyable place to shop for daily groceries and essentials. Excellent shopping experience over here. This outlet provides all imported exotic vegetables and fruits, which are mostly not available anywhere in Delhi. One can also dine over here, both veg and non-veg menus available.

This Big Bazar inside the famous Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj is a hit with its patrons. It is multi storied with the foodstuffs and provision store at the lower ground floor and the clothes section and others at the floors above. The store is neatly segregated into various sections which are marked prominently so it is very convenient for all customers. This Big Bazar is a huge one and you will mostly get all items like vegetables, fruits,plants,frozen foodstuffs etc apart from all the regular items. One striking feature of this Big Bazaar is that it has a very decent Multi-cuisine restaurant serving delicious dishes right there. So when you are tired and hungry, you can grab a quick bite while your wife is still busy shopping! Or you could have dinner with your family right there! One thing which I detest is that while there are a lot of payment counters, you will not find enough of them operational even when the crowd swells. This delays your check out time. However the staff generally are helpful and caring. Overall a good experience.
