The worst the most terrible billing experience you'll have in entire Delhi for sure.I have been shopping from this Vasant Kunj mall even years back when previously it was Big Bazaar.The management of staffs especially at billing counter was smooth.Truth to be told it takes longer and way more stress in getting your billing done in the 2 nd floor of this Smart bazaar than having to shop for an entire family. There are ground staffs available but when it comes to billing they have around 8 computers but with just 2 people .You can clearly see how inefficient this system is .Especially when plenty of ground staff is available standing there freely,why don't they ask to come manage the crowd..I stood a record time of 45 minutes yesterday just in the billing queue.Whereas in the ground floor , grocery section we seldom faced such issues.Such poor management.Highly recommend not to shop here anymore.Worst experience so far.

The worst experience ever in this store . Go to this store if you want attitude and comments from the cashiers else find somewhere else to shop from . So much attitude thrown around by the staff and the cashiers and the guy at exchange counter . Such inconvenience created for just a fresh coconut water is astounding. If you don't want to sell be clear about it . But atleast don't ask us to go in circles for something as simple as a fresh coconut water . Fake pitches . Arguing uselessly and when they frustrate you they will pass comments on your frustrations

Nice place for shopping. Shopping with family is fantastic here. Because you will find your daily needs items here easily

Poor service on online app. Order ID 803649748 shown delivered on app but delivery agent roaming around the countryside with perishable items. This store has the worst service staff. I don’t know how such companies survive on the mercy of such inefficient & dishonest staff. Neither any ethics nor any fear of rule. Update - Items delivered at 1 pm. Perishable frozen items were stale including Fruit with fungus since delivered later 5 hours than booked slot 7-9 am.2 hour delivery promise is a farce. Update 2 - The store manager called up & was humble enough to accept the mistake & regret for the poor quality of products & service. Also arranged for replacing the stale perishable food items delivered. Also promised better service & corrective actions for future.

Offcourse South delhi has only this grocery store so no other option. Beware of rates and keep tally at counter which is not possible although but they made mistake most of the times.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience at your Smart Bazaar store located in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. On my recent visit, I selected a backpack that was clearly displayed on the retail shelf with a price tag (₹899). After waiting in the billing queue for nearly an hour, I was informed at the counter that the product was “not for sale” and had been mistakenly placed on the shelf. This situation reflects a serious lapse in store management and customer handling for the following reasons: 1. A product displayed on the shelf with pricing creates a clear expectation that it is available for purchase. 2. Customers should not be made to wait in long queues only to be denied purchase due to internal errors. 3. Despite repeated requests, the staff made no effort to resolve the issue or offer any reasonable alternative. 4. There was no apology or accountability shown for the inconvenience caused. This incident resulted in a complete waste of my time and caused unnecessary frustration due to negligence on the part of the store. I request the following actions: 1. A formal explanation for how such a lapse occurred. 2. Appropriate action to ensure such incidents are not repeated. 3. Compensation for the inconvenience caused: such as arrange an online/postal service to sale the bag to me on real payment basis, completely avoiding store visit and further waste of my time. 4. Consideration to honor the sale of the product at the displayed price, as per standard retail practices.
