It's a awesome shopping area. You can literally find anything out there, Prices are also affordable. I personally bought a few t shirts and they are going really well.

This was honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the woman at the cash counter named Rinki. She spoke to us very disrespectfully and behaved the same way with other customers as well. She was calling names and pointing fingers as if people were taking items for free, which was both shocking and humiliating to witness. Customer service reflects a brand’s values, and unfortunately this experience showed a complete lack of respect and basic courtesy. My self-respect matters far more to me than saving a few rupees — I would much rather spend extra at a place that treats its customers with dignity. I will definitely not be returning.

Poor management, arrogant security personnel who behaves harshly, and they are trained to treat everyone checking out as a thief

Very nice store, value for money but some times too much crowded and in that situation cash counters seem to be very short. Otherwise very nice store. Each and everything is available at very reasonable priced and offers.

When I went to the billing counter for billing, Manish refused to tell me that he was closing the counter, so I went to another counter for billing. Meanwhile, Manish billed 3 people and then on my request, he billed me out of his own will, this is not right. I want him to get a good warning for this....#Manish very bad staff.

It's a Pan India chain. This is a new store opened in March. It's colossal with lots of variety in clothes, accessories, shoes and many more products. The groceries sections and huge with plenty of products. The cosmetics sections and toiletries sections are full of all brands and lot's of variety. Their is a live kitchen and bakery which is good. This is the biggest store in Delhi spread on two floors. Good place to shop.Nice place for quick shopping. Excellent location right on the main road visible from moving traffic. Lots of variety of food and drinks. It is a convenience store open round the clock. If you are looking for food late night this is the place to be as it is open twenty hours and you can get cooked and packed food here. House hold items, bakery, confectionery items are available. Good place to shop and this is the second store in the area.

This is the best from the home grocery and clothes are buy reasonable price perfect place for middle class family

Great purchase from Smart bazar. The price is comparable to Amazon & Flipkart. We have been planning to purchase a refrigerator for quite a while & our journey lead us to Smart bazar. The sales person was very helpful & gives us a lot of good information & suggestion. Than why 3 star you ask, it's only because we are told that at the delivery person will do the installation too but when the delivery person come he told us that the installation person will come after 2-3 hours but after waiting no one shows up so we call the support & got to know that even they don't know about the installation & not even have the contract information of the store so at last we have to do all the installation by ourselves. This is the only reason I'm giving it 3 star.

Good all round shopping market..surprisngly they don't sell loose onions only 5 kg packets..staff behaviour ok.. enough parking space
