Smart Bazar at Ambience Mall — You can get great variety of products at very affordable prices for all household items.

Good hypermarket but they really need to align the products marketing price with checkout price. 3 out of 5 visits had me asking for refund because product is highlighted at 50%off in Aisle, but at the checkout counter there is no such offer. They will not refund cash but only Reliance points to your mobile number

It is with great disappointment that I would like to bring to notice about the unprofessionalism of the staff. Request was made to slice a pineapple while we look for other fruits in the same section which the staff agreed to. We went back to collect our request twice and was met with no reply.However, the third time we were denied service citing that we didn’t stand there next to him, while others who came later were given the same service. Not only was the service denied to us but the necessity that we had to stand there with the staff to get our request carried out was not relayed to us. Such unprofessional and biased treatment was beyond disappointing as a customer. We had even written to the manager but to no avail.

V well maintained ,lots of variety. Every kind of household goods available. Many discount offers.Fruits ,veggies v fresh and cheaper than market.Ditto for groceries and toiletries.

You will find it in Ambience Mall in 2nd Floor. This is capturing Ground floor as well full of grocery items. Availability of goods are quite impressive. Kids and Women section is fascinating. I enjoyed here and a must visit place from my family whenever I visit Ambience Mall.

Good place for grocery and daily shopping. Prices are reasonable and there are often discounts. Can get crowded during weekends, and billing sometimes takes time, but overall it’s convenient for bulk shopping.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the behavior of one of your employees at smart bazar, Ambience Mall, during my recent visit. On 2nd july around 6:30pm to 7:10pm ( you can review cctv footage) while exiting the store,There were two exits visible — one where checking was happening and another that appeared open and led to the exit area. Having been in the mall for over three hours, I was quite tired, and by the time I realized the employee was asking me to go from the other way, I had already crossed half the path, so I simply continued ahead. Importantly, the employee did not explain the reason or that the other exit was for billing verification. He only asked me to go from the other way. It was only after I crossed that he Started SCREAMING AT ME AGGRESSIVELY , and that’s when I came to know the reason. His behaviour was disrespectful and created an unnecessary scene. your employees should keep their egos at home, his issue was how dare i not follow his so called orders. I request that this matter be looked into Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and let me know how this will be addressed. Regards, Nitin Nautiyal
