Wrong price tag....fraud Billing time amount different

metro is a cheater please be careful when they bill because when you buy a single pc the may bill you for one box of 100 and you will never find it if you are not careful. they may scane a product twice or thrice and you will not notice unless you check on spot .otherwise you will be blilled three times. They are not cooperative in resolving the due refunds

3rd class sales and service. I had purchased a refrigerator from there, there is a offers on that fridge, it is a free grill oven on this product which is not deliver with my fridge , infact fridge also deliver after 3 days from the date of billing. When I found that my gift is not deliver with the fridge, I called to that sales executive name mr. Amit , he is not picking my phone and he is consistently disconnect my phone now yet.

Good place if you want to shop in bulk. They have really good variety too. I had a visit in Shahdra branch . Its store manager Virender is truly appreciatable.

Festival ka fayda uthane ki koshish hai... Is se zyada discount to Laxmi nagar ke Subhash Chowk mein mil raha hai... Abhi wahan se shopping karne mein loss hai...

I am regular Metro customer since the store open in Kolkata.Due to work I am in Gurgaon decided to visit the store Delhi Metro cash & carry kakarduma court Over all its Okay but It's failed to full filled my EXPECTATIONS. What i think Delhi store would be much better than Kolkata but actually its not. They need do lot of work in public relations not only that... product categories too Front desk executive are not so serious about it even after request they failed to find the staff of the respective section. They don't even give us value of customer those who are in card entry gate. They are buzy in conversation in between them. There is no contact number in side , of the store manager or department on duty incharge head. Staff is not aware about METRO GOLD CARD customer counter closed ( Not bandhan elite ) In some products there is NO NAIL Cart at around 3pm which completely unexpected. Cotton Bag is very costly 26/- with metro brand namr which is very costly not pocket friendly. I already had conversations with Metro cash & carry Hopefully they will rectify the it.

In this COVID time, their own staff doesn't feel like to wear mask. While writing this feedback, I am standing in here, but its so sad seeing situation here. People coughing here removing their mask but their doesn't even bothered to confront them. I am a Healthcare worker and there we cannot remove mask even for 5 mins. Our Govt. Should close such outlets if they can't take responsibility of COVID guidelines.

Sooper place to get your monthly groceries at high discounts.. Unfortunately, only people with business license can get Metro Cards 🎴.. It's like a warehouse where you can pick up your stuff and move on.. Only 2 in Delhi, that too in East Delhi!! After shopping from here, I've stopped visiting Big Bazar! …

Very good place to shop for forigners. All goods in bulk price. But unfortunately changed the policy and dont give enternce for the forign pass port holder now. Please change the policy

First Metro store in Delhi. Great place to buy daily essential. Lots of variety in every thing is available. Price is reasonable. You have to be a member to get the entry in Metro store. Good experience.
