Worst people and quality.They don't have proper time management,after taking whole money they don't dispatch order and the owner of the shop is the worst person .Do not trust his extra sweet behaviour..he is very clever and they do not dispatch after full payment they ignore your calls and owner do not even response back....After lot of calls they only give 50% broken crockery..I request any hotelier going to purchase crockery from him please stop as it will be a great step to save your money...He is frauddddd.....I repeat do not trust them.

Never buy any kitchen equipment from here…I bet u will regret forever…very low quality materials and cheap product… I bought from here and I am regretting and lost all money. Sales man are their relatives and they are completely unprofessional…once you make an advance payment after that they will treat you like a dog…in case you want to cancel any item within 5 minutes after making advance payment ,they will forcibly sell that item to you. Such a worst business place I have ever visited in my life. Horrible experience even I cannot explain.

Completely unprofessional and with zero values. No goodwill in market and don't ever go on their commitments as they are the biggest fraud. They will book order with fake commitment and then won't deliver and then delay u with no reason and when u ask them to refund the advance amt then they will intend to deduct some money for no reason. They have many phone nos. Printed on their cards but no number gets responded. They have such cheap mentality that while asking for refund they can even deduct such a small amt of 500/- from advance amount on an order of more than 1 lakh for their own mistake as they did with my order. Never step in at this shop for any purchase at all. Worst experience never had in my life. Negative Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Service not listed

Merko apne hotels ke liye crockery chaiye thi , but mei bhot confuse thi lakin jab mene Sadar Bazar mei Studio Rajsi ki items ko dekha to unki quality bhot hi achi lagi!

If any hotelier want to purchase product pls take the material on the spot otherwise they will taken the advance but product can't send i am waiting last 25 days. But product didn't received.....After taken advance the sale boy behaviour very bad before that very sweet.... And no one pickup call In Simple terms i just suggests all pls don't believes on these people........ very very bad experience
