AK KITCHEN APPLIANCES

Worst place ever. I bought a stove from here yesterday, only to find out that it was faulty. When I went back to exchange it, we realised that all their pieces were faulty. They couldn’t find a single working one to replace it with. We went back for an exchange in less than 24 hours, yet they refused to give us a refund. Their response was, “Itna complain koi nahi karta” and “Itne paise mein itna hi milega.” To prove their point, they showed us a cheaper product that was literally broken. I genuinely don’t understand this logic. Whether a product costs ₹1,700 or ₹5, the product should at least be in proper working condition. Just because it costs ₹1,700, does that mean you can sell a faulty product as new? And honestly, after this experience, I’m pretty sure many of their positive reviews are not genuine. The experience we had was completely different from what the reviews suggest. Extremely disappointing experience. This place seriously needs to rethink the quality of its products and its customer service.

Salesman thinks having a faulty product is normal and does not warrant a refund. He has ruined move-in day for my friend. Before purchasing the product, he was being extra sweet and assuring us good customer service. It took him less than 24 hours to show his real face.

**"Excellent service! The staff is polite, helpful, and professional. The gas delivery was timely, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for their reliability and customer support."**
