I’m delighted to tell that this store offers very customer friendly services ! they even thank you for being a part of their family. A great departmental store, easily reached, open at all hours, is more like a good museum of art. there's a sense of entertainment and excitement and electricity, you wanna be there.
Quite good options, wanted to buy a Milton branded flask and got a variety of options, owner greeted very decently and offred good discount as well.
Poor service h staff ko bone ki akal bhu nhi hai koi mat Leo Saman yha se
Do not trust them. The staff is really rude and unprofessional. If you’re ordering through Instagram, I would not recommend purchasing from them. They may send a different product without informing the customer, and later claim that the original product was not of good quality. Their customer service is very poor, especially one lady who sits at their store and speaks very disrespectfully to customers.
I purchased 5 sauce bottles from your store two days ago. Unfortunately, one was already broken when I got home, and within just one day of use, the remaining four have also broken. This is extremely disappointing and clearly indicates a quality issue. I did not expect such poor durability from your products.
This shop is located on main road of Rani Bagh main market on left side if one is coming to market from Sainik Vihar round about. We are purchasing out our kitchen stuff from this store for a quite long time & never faced any issue with the items purchased. Their prices are quite competitive. They offer wide variety of kitchen ware (stainless steel), kitchen accessories, mixers, toasters, juicers, glass ware, tea sets, cutlery sets, utensils etc etc. This shop is having two floors. Sales persons are there to help one out in his/her selection / purchases. Better go to this shop before noon or before evening as in evening it’s often crowded( sales persons are fully occupied during evening hours). Billing is quite easy. They accept cards, UPIs
