Very very worst shop ....the both shop onwer of the singla bartan bhandar becomes to rude.... they don't coprate with customers... i purchase product by this shop ..... the product is not working....then i go for complain ... they both onwer become very rude with me.... and don't change my product......the quality was very worst this shop...... iam never recommending for this shop... to anyone for buy anything by them....... very very worst shop

I purchased an automatic gas stove from Singla Bartan Bhandar for ₹2200 with a 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, the middle burner was not working properly from the very first day. When I reported the issue, I was told that some modification was needed for my IGL connection, and I was charged an additional ₹200. During the process, a part was damaged and I was asked to pay another ₹260. Even after spending a total of around ₹2700, the middle burner still does not work properly. I requested a replacement or exchange, but my request was refused and the same stove was simply returned to me after a temporary repair attempt. Once I reached home, the problem remained exactly the same. What is the purpose of a 1-year warranty if a defective product is neither properly repaired nor replaced? Customers do not spend their hard-earned money to receive faulty products and additional expenses. I am very disappointed with the product quality, after-sales service, and the way this issue was handled. I hope future customers check the product thoroughly before making a purchase. Mujhe mera paisa wapas diya jaye ya defective gas stove ki jagah ek bilkul sahi aur properly working stove diya jaye.
