King International

Great products something unique not available in the market at very cost effective prices. Highly recommend them !!!!

Nice customised gift option with low moq with your brand name . Very impressive everything. Taken diwali gifts for our company. Everything was very well managed, quick service and highly durable products. I found them very competitive as well.

Be very careful of this company. They increased the price because we delayed the confirmation of the order shipment due to the lockdown in both countries last year. They cited increase in labor and material cost as reason which are totally unbelievable. Service is super good before we pay the money. But once deposit is paid, they couldn't care less. Production was promised at 3 weeks to complete before they receive the money. Once received, we have to follow-up every other day and patronising excuses are given when goods are not ready even after 2 months. Suppose to be ready in Oct20 but only complete our order in Jan21. We really have sleepless nights dealing with them. Nightmares begin once payment is made. Contracts' terms, official purchase order etc are practically useless as there is nothing we can do to get them to honor the agreement. We just have to be on their mercy until our shipment arrive. Even then the quantities received are lower and the quality for some is appalling. This will be the last time we deal with Kings International.

The worst company to deal with. I was told each masala container could be used on the table to sprinkle the spice. It doesn't do that! There is no lid on the container. Paid for two 9 container boxes and I was sent one with six containers(charged for 9) when asked why never got back to me. Anyone has to better then them.

Very useful and effective gift and unique and best quality

Very disappointed and disheartened with the purchase at King. The entire process was more complicated than necessary. After wasting 2 days of my time and taking advance they did an extremely shoddy job. I was forced to ask for my money back and would recommend everyone to look elsewhere. More details on the purchase. They take extremely long to reply to messages. I visited their factory to get a quote replies but they increased their prices by 30% and also wasted my time. It took me 2 hours to finalize a quote which should have taken15 minutes on a call. On the day of delivery I had to follow up with them umpteen times. They asked me to collect the delivery by 5. It was only when I was in my way that I asked for oxidised and then they told me that my order wasn't ready and they asked me to compromise my the order. Mind you they had taken 4 days and an advance and only acknowledged their mis. take when I asked for pictures

The hand-painted Tiffen from King International is a true masterpiece. Its intricate detailing and vibrant colors breathe life into every stroke, elevating the elegance of any table setting. The craftsmanship is impeccable, showcasing fine artistry and a commitment to quality. Its durable construction ensures longevity while adding a touch of sophistication to dining experiences. However, some might find the price a bit steep for a single piece. Overall, this Tiffen exudes charm and finesse, making it a delightful addition for those who appreciate exquisite hand-painted tableware.

They have solutions for 100 rs til 1000 We went to buy labour gifting dinner set of low price range. They send us with nice barware and other range for our other need. Keep you the good work. Superb Collections. Great attitude and good nature of the Owners.

Worst service, they agreed to give sample with branding, then on the day of delivery, they refused that branding person is asking for 1000 rs extra, finaly they provided the sample 3 days late and also without. Had a very bad experience with them. Not recommended at all
