Good collection of imported equipments with reasonable price.
We purchased all our commercial kitchen equipments from Pride Equipment in 2020.The quality of the equipments is pathetic. In 2 to3 months all the equipments stopped working. They are not at all Customer oriented. Two frauds Tiwari and Sinha even misbehave when asked for service of under warranty products.Prices are too high as compared to other sellers.Highly not recommended.Incase of any feedback required to get in touch.
Product they are selling must be branded but if it comes to taking warranty from them then please forget it They seems to be of the mental state that Warantty is not their business and they think that providing warantty is not their duty but they are doing you a favor, and also warannty is a one time favour forget about one year period Totally Bad Service and worst Technician Behaviour.
Poor service. Owner is so arrogant don't have any manners to speak.submitted my machine one week before they told it will get repair within one day. They were telling so many excuses and one week got over. They didn't even repair and they don't have any spare parts.. Finally for getting my machine back they made me to pay 1500/...they don't have any idea about work.. Never I saw such type of owner.. They wasted my time and money.. It's really hopeless
The worst equipment supplier in delhi.. zero service. I have purchased Oven from there. Oven isn't working. They are not providing any service. Now even not picking phone calls.. please i am suggesting you all, Please don't buy anything from here.
