If you are willing to move on in crowed street and traffic congestion don't bother you then you can go to Deputy Ganj. The best is park your car in Chandni chowk parking and then move in E rickshaw. Better to go in morning hours at 11 am when market opens. It gets crowed after 2 pm. Not good food restaurant nearby. Chandni chowk is the best option for having your food. Basically a wholesale market. If you have to make a purchase of at least 7000 and above then only you will make any saving. It's better to avoid if you have to do regular purchasing. Best place if you have to do purchasing for Marriage function.
