I had very bad experiences for online order 2 months back but when accidentally i entered in this outlets my those perception gone..I will give 10 out of 5 star for this beautiful bouquet and especially for the massage card that they helped me to write the sorry massages.. Thank you so much
Beautiful flowers and Cake !!Both can be arrange so my big problem has been solved by U so thanks a lot. Good services I have received and will go further with Ferns N Petals 😘 …
Fnp CONNAUGHT PLACE, is not worth called FnP, the flowers were stale and flower arrangement pathetic. Felt ashamed to see the flowers that were delivered. Ordered 2 bouquets. Shabby material. Roadside flower sellers have much better stuff on lesser price. Disappointed.
The ambience of the place is elegant. Staffs are always ready to help you as well as give you suggestion when you are purchasing flowers. They have ample of flowers variety to choose from. I would highly recommend you to visit once.
I had placed a request for eggless cake which was delivered to my client in a disfigured form. The other delivery was a rose plant which they are claming is in the hands of a courier service and they are not responsible for the delivery now. So the plant might reach the same day by 9:00 PM or may be the next day. Upon informing them about the cake, they said to send them the picture of the cake. Should I now ask my client to send me the picture of the disfigured cake too?? Highly unprofessional people. They don't even deserve a single star. P.S. Do not waste your money by placing any order.
Amazing service and great collection of flowers
It's good to have services like ferns n petals who delivered to my door step when i didn't have that much of time to go to shop and place the order.. We had anniversary yesterday this delicious cake and beautiful bouquet made my wife happy.. She was very happy.. Love you guys
Great collection of cute gifts for everyone, cakes and collectibles... Plus you get to buy live plants to purify your environment and energies. Also... In winters get a ccd hot cup of coffee while browsing for the perfect gift... The owner is really helpful with some brilliant gifting ideas too.
Loved the collection available here. Polite and cooperative staff. Opens by 7.45am (aprox) quality of the flowers are simply outstanding.... No wonder they are one of the finest floral Franchisee in the country!!!!
The bouquet sent was half the size of what was shown in the picture and charged for. Not happy with the service. Won’t be buying again from FNP
