Loved the flowers made by them the owner herself is very helpful and very prompt dilivery amazing service took multiple bouquets and didn't face any problem from their side Very nice follow up.
Just wanted to share my personal experience with this particular outlet of Ferns & Petals. I wanted to send a bouquet to my sister in law, in Triton Hospital, Kalkaji, New Delhi. I was in Mumbai. Somehow managed to get the contact details of the nearest F&P store to that hospital. The moment I rang, a sweet and lovely voice responded, her name was Rashmi, she even suggested the type of bouquet which would suit the best. Unfortunately, my Paytm have lesser amount, so transaction could not be done. I again rang her and said, as my internet connection is week, am unable to transfer any amount to my Paytm wallet and currently the money in Paytm is not sufficient for the bouquet. So I suggest to reduce the number of flowers. But, this kind heart lady said in a swift and melodious tone, " Mam, don't worry, will get the bouquet delivered in next 30 mins" I was wondering does people like her still exist. I was speechless and just uttered in a low yet joyous tone "That you dear". She understood my emotions and money didn't matter for her. The bouquet was delivered in next 30 mins. Everyone was overwhelmed with joy. So this is my story. Customer satisfaction is their key mantra. Thank you Rashmi.
I love their service it is so fast and prompt. And more importantly according to my instructions. The products are also good
Ordered bukey. Was delivered on time as I ordered on urgent basis. Nice flowers and packing. Ordered a cake, it was delivered well on time amd was of great taste. Loved the service of getting what we want at just a msg.
Received good quality cake and on time delivery. But price little higher than Kolkata cake shop. Pls impoverish your website regarding availability of products.
