Its been 5 years since I’ve been using Ferns and Petals from UK, to deliver birthday, Anniversary and festive cakes, flowers and gifts to my Family and Friends in India. From the order process to the delivery, they are outstanding. The delivery team delivers the product in perfect condition and some actually even send you the dispatch photo of how the product looks like… I would highly recommend it to anyone worldwide looking to order sending gifts, cakes, flowers to their near and dear ones in India :)
I had received a anniversary gift from my mother from ferns and petals which consisted of a rose bouquet and a cake. When I shared the pictures of the gift with her she got so furious as they had sent the entire order wrong. The bouquet was supposed to be of 8 roses and the one which they sent was only of 4. The cake selected by her was pineapple cake, but they had sent an black forest cake. When she went to the store and asked about it they said we cant do anything about it and we will send a new cake the other day. We did not receive anything next 2 days and when again asked about they said that you return the previous stuff then onlybwe will send new ones. They were so rude and unprofessional especially the lady there POOJA. I request you all not to visit ferns n petals and rather get your flower bouquet from a local store. They will give much better service. They are robbing their customers.
I ordered chocolate strawberry cake and it was very tasty, fresh and it looked amazing.
Ordered online a boquete and I have instructed to put a happy birthday tag and rcvd without tag very disappointed not a good experience
