Pathetic service. I would give ZERO stars if this review allowed it. My order was accepted and then the communication was passed on to a random vendor to do follow ups, despite the mistake being on the delivery boy (who delivered to the wrong address and admitted he made a mistake)

Big Scam - They don't provide you with a refund if you cancel. I have not received my refund even after 6 months. Don't fall into their trap by seeing their fake website information. Please do not use such services, as this is my honest request to everyone. I made a mistake by ordering a couple goods from their website based on the website rating. Later on, I see it shows phony reviews. I ordered a few products for a birthday celebration, including one perfume, and after 2 hours, I had to cancel the perfume because it could not be delivered on the same day. I requested a refund, but they have yet to reimburse my money, and it has been more than 20 days. I've written over 50 emails and they've never responded, specifically when I'll get my refund or the status of it. Please do not trust this website. Please do not waste your money on these people, who do not regard your money or your decision to choose them. Please use another legitimate website or service to make purchases for your friends and relatives. Furthermore, they informed me that the cancelled goods will incur a 25% fee. But I still have not gotten my reimbursement. Their other technique is to show cancelled items as delivered. Also, they charge more money than other websites. Please do not use their service blindly, without comparing it to other websites. Please choose a trustworthy website, even if it is costly, so that you do not lose money if you need to cancel any purchases. ------------------------------------------ Reply to oyegift ----------------------------- If I am purposefully writing the negative feedback, Please address my issue about the review- why the customer cannot see feedback. i have not mentioned any review related to delivered product and i have not claimed anything that nothing has been delivered. I will review about them later on but now Please provide answer about why I am unable to see customer review from your website. Apart from that why you charging 25% cancellation fees of the product I have not even received. i have all email conversation where we discussed the issue and I will add it and prove that who is spreading negativity and who is cheating people.

Horrible experience. I ordered flowers for mothers day. I specifically selected the ones that were supposed to be delivered within 2-3 hrs, but they didn't deliver. Only after I placed the order, they showed delivery date as next day. I raised an issue, no one reached out. The order now says delivered but nobody received it. I again raised a question, but haven't heard from anyone over a week. It is a total scam, wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
