Terrible, experience. The order they show in the picture Vs actually what we received. I do not recommend them at all…
I had ordered flowers on July 31st for my dad’s bday , a lovely bunch of Lillie’s. 1 flower was rotten and other was broken. I shared images with their customer service but they won’t budge and inch and will not believer anything that customer says. Their chat bit or agent on what’s app claims that they only believe the delivery image which they get . Which they won’t share with the customer. In a round bunch of Flowers how do you justify one sided image? Ridiculous service. V v sad. Ruined the occasion. No customer service. You not just lost one client you lost your reputation. Shameful!! Customer takes the pain to complaint, hi g gives you an oppurtunity to improve. But if you’re deaf it’s your loss.
Bad quality, untimely delivery
The flowers were never delivered, yet the order was marked as “delivered.” This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a service like Interflora where customers rely on flowers arriving on an important occasion.Marking an undelivered order as delivered is simply not acceptable.
They are bloody fraud , i brought and paid extra for fixed time delivery but order reached next day, i thought it was one if the incidence, today again after their promise order is delayed inspite of paying midnight delivery cost. This time i am filling consumer complaint against them
Pathetic service, no accountability, no commitment, no communication, this is what you get when you trust a unreliable brand who takes full payment & work on their terms, not ordering from here again.
Very disappointed with the bouquet we had ordered for someone’s 80 th birthday. The picture shown online and the bouquet sent did not live upto expectations . They are offering me a 20% in their wallet as if I will ever order again. Please read reviews which I didn’t before ordering.
