We visited the store in December 2024 and purchased a couple of sarees, but one turned out to be defective. When we returned to exchange it, they refused a refund and issued a voucher instead. We accepted it, assuming we could later buy a similar product. However, during our next visit, we couldn’t find anything of our choice. When we asked for a refund, the man at the counter (wearing spectacles) started shouting at us, which was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable—especially since the issue began with their defective product. To make matters worse, when we tried to use the voucher, the staff started quoting inflated prices for products that were clearly of much lower value, just to match the voucher amount. This felt dishonest and manipulative. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. We won’t be returning, and we’ve advised our family and friends to avoid this store as well

Beware. This place is low quality, over priced items. The tailors have no idea. And everyone gets a cut, hence the inflation price. I got a water blouse made, as needed one for a wedding. It is way too big, scratchy. They put holes in my silk saree…..and try to leave, just yell at them. First day in dehli, and was scammed.
