Iam so impressed with the customer service being the first time shopping experience with Delhi hat. My shopping dor all my family members back home was a success as for the wonderful service provided. The environment was also so comfortable with refreshments provided. The beatiful lady Ranjeet and handsome Rohit was so helpful and advising on all shopping products chosen. Thank you alot and I would rate it a 100% service . Thank you once again

This place is a scam. Our tour guide driver took us to there and told us that there is good quality stuff over there. But the price of the items are ridiculously high. The same stuffs are in the big market for way lower than this place. If you want to rip off your hard earned money then you can visit this place. They got a big place but surrounded by mediocre stalls outside which answers the ponzi. As there is a saying “Looks can be devious”.

I love that this place directly supports local artisans. The handmade products are high quality, and you can even interact with the craftsmen. It feels great to purchase knowing you're helping preserve traditional skills and art forms.

Our cab driver took us here after lotus temple. It is just another tourist trap. They claim to be government approved but couldn’t show any valid authentication on the products. Their products are low quality and break down after few uses. Brought 2 sarees as souvenirs , color faded after one wash(hand washed) and became more stiff. They claimed that the saree would become soft if dried under a shade and stiff if Sun dried .

This place is a gem! The artisans here showcase authentic Indian craftsmanship at its best. From beautiful textiles to intricate jewelry, there's something for everyone. The prices are fair, considering the effort and skill involved. A must-visit for craft lovers!

I absolutely loved my shopping experience at this Delhi Haat. They have a very good collection of clothing and souvenirs. I was able to get everything in my price point and Rajeev worked out a great price on a dress I fell in love. Overall a great experience for me. Thank you.

I was really happy with my experience at Delhi Haat today. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They offered suggestions but weren't too pushy. I really liked that the prices were set. Overall, very happy with my experience. I can't wait to give my family their beautiful gifts.
