CRAFT STUDIO INDIA

Had a wonderful experience of shopping from CRAFT STUDIO. I feel the items available over there are not avaible at other outlets. A must visit place before Depawali if u really want to decorate ur home

Excellent selection of handicrafts. I was spoilt for choices. The delivery service was prompt and i must say diwali shopping at these prices everybody should pay a visit. I surely will return for more again. Well done.

Craft studio has a lot of variety of decoration pieces for your home and office interior. Basically deal in glass and ceramics, figurines, wall clocks and some vasstu related items also. Prices are on the higher side, whereas one can find cheaper alternate options. But collectively a good place to buy for one off times.

Terrible store ….we asked for the price and ther owner answered very rudely & arrogantly doesnt even know how talk to the customer …. I don’t recommend other to visit better avoid

They have some cool decoration and gifting options. But at the same time it looks like they have adjusted the prices according to the location. I mean the shop is located inside Pacific Mall, and surely they have to pay rent, so they have placed the items at very high prices. One can easily find the cheaper alternative in Market99 or Home Center etc.. If you look into your prices, maybe you can see increased sales.

Disappointed with My Purchase from Crafts Mill I recently ordered a dining table set from Crafts Mill and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. The table is wobbly and feels unstable, making it difficult to use for meals. Additionally, the chairs don't align properly on the floor, which is not only frustrating but also unsafe. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of craftsmanship. To make matters worse, the customer care team has been unresponsive. They initially responded slowly, but now they have completely stopped taking my calls. This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from Crafts Mill based on my experience.

The items are ok ok but the staff behaviour and shop owners attitude is a warning Do not go to this place they behave weird when you are looking around or purchasing items They snatch everything you touch in a second making you feel uncomfortable Literally they were snatching or removing the items i was even looking at this behaviour is not normal People were literally turning away from their shop cause of this When i was about to enter the shop one customer warned me saying don’t buy from here They did not even hand over my items i purchased till I confronted them even after paying full price The female owner shouted the price when i asked the bill amount The male owner was bending and staring at my purse They treat you horribly

I visited the one in sector in 67 Gurugram. My brother was holding a stress ball that was already broken and I had even reminded him of not touching it because of the same. But because he did and it made a sound the consultant asked us to pay. When I asked her to check the cameras to see that I had already made the remark of the faulty ball she said that the camera doesn’t work. I was asked to pay Rs 200 for a ball that is not even Rs 100. Places like these are just to scam you so stay away from them.

If you love window shopping and currently need home decor items than you must visit this place.

It is the best one stop shop for Handicrafts & Home Decor Stuff. The range is just wow & pocket friendly, they have exclusive decor ceramic pieces. Diwali decorations are too good. Must visit place, Good going guy's carry on.
