A disappointing experience. Good employees, but extremely poor attitude from the owner. The employees were courteous and helpful, but unfortunately, the owner’s attitude completely ruined the experience. She was sitting with her glasses on, busy with her phone and paperwork, seemingly more interested in her hisaab-kitaab than attending to customers. I asked a question twice, but she showed absolutely no interest in responding. She didn’t even bother to look up or acknowledge me properly. As a customer, that kind of behaviour is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The store itself also felt poorly maintained, with noticeable cleanliness issues and an old, neglected appearance. The staff deserves credit, but the owner seriously needs to work on her attitude, behaviour, and customer service. I would not recommend visiting this store unless you’re simply looking for a shop that feels old and poorly maintained.
