Good sales team and work ethics at Zee toys Very much satisfied
I've was their customer for the last 6 years, but the way they treat me is like unknown person they send me the product which was not working, when I complain to them they said is my fault, it's my mistake and they didn't accept to return the product. Soo please beware of these fraud people.
⭐⭐☆☆☆ (1/5) I had a very disappointing experience with this toy importer and supplier. The packaging quality was extremely poor despite being charged ₹600 separately for packaging, which is significantly higher than what many suppliers charge. Unfortunately, because of the inadequate packaging, several products were damaged during transit. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of accountability. Despite sharing the issue and evidence of the damaged goods, there was no meaningful effort to resolve the problem or compensate for the losses. I ended up losing products and good amount of money due to the damage. Another concern is pricing. Although the supplier presents themselves as an importer, I did not find their rates to be competitive. In my experience, better prices and better service are available from other importers in the market. Based on my experience: * Poor packaging despite charging a premium. * Damaged products during transit. * No accountability or after-sales support. * Financial loss of around ₹14,000. * Prices are not competitive compared to other importers. I would recommend buyers carefully compare prices with other suppliers and clarify packaging standards and responsibility for transit damage before placing an order.
