I wish I could give them 0 rating. Such pathetic service they provide. I have taken products from them worth around 5 lakh till date but the attitude is rude as always. The attitude of owner sucks.the words he used seems he doesn’t know how to talk with females. He used words which shows disrespectful, impolite and unmannerly behaviour towards female. and I never asked them to make return/exchange of any product inspite of many defective or different products i received in past. But this time I got magna tiles box with missing magna tiles. I immediately messaged them with pictures and videos and called them too. And on call their employees behaved very sweet that they will change the product. But when I visited them to change their behaviour including the owner behaviour is totally different. He didn’t entertain not their sales man. I mean how are you even doing business with such unethical way. But thankgod god saved me with minimal loss. They are just looting their customers nothing else. Not sure how wil they even make their brand value with such attitude. Your reviews shows the brand value you made till date.

Wholesale shop of toys in sadar bazaar, Delhi. Been coming to this shop from 2015 so far have been satisfied. Pro’s 1) Large variety: they have almost 1000 + imported toys variety including latest trending toys 2) Competitive prices: they have highbquality imported toys in each variety, so accordingly rates are reasonable 3) Digital catalogue : excellent catalogue which all the toys photos and prices mentioned, you can order from catalogue itself. 3) Packing : packing of toys is good with nominal charges 4) Staff is polite and updated Con’s 1) They are located in sadar bazaar, which is congested location, but you can use their digital catalogue to make order, they will deliver them 2) Return: They deal mostly in imported toys, which are not replaced mostly. My experience is that they replace some of the toys and some get repaired at low cost, so overall manageable

Prices are good but maal gaadi me dalwana bohat bada challenge hai 2 - 2 ghante tak gaadi wala khada rehta h maal bhijwate nahi or bychance koi pc kharab nikal jaye to koi sunwayi nahi hai.. No return no replacement kuch ni,, jo loss hoga tumhara
