A big NO if you are ordering online, Very disappointing experience ordering toys for my nephew's Birthday. Firstly they took 2 days just to take my order, after I made the payment, they didn't sent any order confirmation, or payment receipt , after repeated messages next day they told me that my order has been sent through courier and upon asking for courier tracking details they said they will share tomorrow. After 3 days when I called them to ask courier details, i found out the order hadn’t even been packed. Since the birthday was the next day, I had to arrange a porter myself and spend an extra ₹400 due to their poor coordination and false updates. And as an apology they even refused to pay the porter delivery charges although it was their fault. After delivery also one of the toys light was not working.

There is often a significant difference between what is shown on social media and the actual products being sold. Both the brand and the quality may vary considerably from what is advertised. Moreover, if customers request that a product be opened and inspected before purchase, they tend to behave rudely, possibly because they fear the customer may decide not to buy it after seeing the actual quality. It is difficult to understand why people continue to purchase products from such sellers, especially when they offer no warranty, no return policy, and no replacement options. It is always advisable to buy products from reliable sellers or authorized retailers who stand behind the quality of their products and provide proper customer support and accountability.They are deleting negative insta reviews on their account. As a customer, I felt that the interaction lacked the courtesy and professionalism one would expect. Moreover, similar concerns regarding customer behavior have been raised by other customers in the reviews section as well, which suggests that my experience may not have been an isolated incident. Every business has the right to defend its reputation, but customer concerns should also be acknowledged respectfully. Customer satisfaction, trust, and goodwill are built through positive interactions, transparency, and a willingness to accept constructive feedback. It is worth remembering that opportunities for growth and success are available to everyone, but people often hinder their own progress through attitude, arrogance, and a lack of respect for their customers. A positive approach and courteous behavior go a long way in building trust and long-term relationships I sincerely hope that you will consider this feedback positively and take steps to improve the overall customer experience....
