Staffs are too rude to deal with customers. If you ask for bargaining they will told you much higher price. Very passive, disgusting, disrespectful, irritating etc etc behaviour of shop owner itself.

Fraud shopkeepers.. toy se cell nikal k apne pass rkh diya.. without cell gift pack krke diye...Will never visit here.. bkwass..bad experience 👎 …

Very costly... They have good variety... Have pasted their rate slip on every toy... More than double the price.. They showed me different toys and packed defective toys..... Just looting public

Fraud no. 1. They handed me a defective drone. When asked for atleast to repair it, they strightly refused.

I strongly recommend not to buy anything in this toy store in Karol Bagh. They will cheat you for sure. I bought a rikshaw for my son. He showed us two models, one with lights and sound and the other one without It. We bought the one with lights and sound. We have just arrived home and when we opened It to put the batteries in we realized It doesn't have any lights or sound mechanism. He cheated us conscientiously.

They don't have majority of the toys and salesman are also not interested in selling. When you ask about something they will just say "nahi hai"- better buy from firstcry or any other local shop near your house instead of going at this shop.

They will provide very different varieties of toys for all age. Good staff and humble. Selling products in reasonable price. Best place to gifts different varieties of toys and game items.

Be cautious with this shop. They sold a used drone to me. The battery was missing. The beauty is that they overcharged for it too ! The market price is Rs 1600 but he sold it to me at Rs 3000 !! Sir, after your reply you'd like recheck the following details online: Model number LH-X16. 2.4 GHz, 6 Channel RC. Secondly, the packet was not in original packing. Two sides of package were torn which have been repaired with cello tape. Both side opening of the package have been pasted with cello tape which is a after-work. Thirdly, the drone is not secured inside the package with plastic wires (as all toy drones are). The holes in the box through which these plastic wires pass exist but the drone was moving around loosely inside the box as it did not have securing wires. I did point this fact to your salesman at the time of sale. Fourthly, if battery is missing, how can you claim that the package was mint sealed. I think it's a bit rich to claim the above. Regards.

Very forcing chacha. He forced me to buy 2000 rupee drone and gaurenteed that it’s the best but it was a scam. The drone didn’t work at all
