Toysworld

I am being impressed of Tushar behivaour and moods which is very impressive afterall and my spous ( little baby) is also impressed by their personality and their way to explain about all the feature of every thing in the shop

Pathetic experience, bought a set of books worth ₹1650/- and a toy of ₹1250/- for gifting purpose but unfortunately that kid already had that same book set so I requested the shop to exchange that but the owner of this shop is so rude and arrogant that kept on saying that we don’t exchange even though we requested a lot but he was not at all ready to listen n kept on repeating the same words, i asked if he is okay with losing a customer over this silly thing and he said “Doesn’t care”. I regularly shop at Hamleys n kiddyland amar colony but never had such pathetic experience. Never ever visit or shop from this place. And also the same set if books i bought from here for ₹1659/- is available at other shops for ₹1350/-

One of the best toy shop in the area, Staff and owner are very polite, 3 days back I bought a fighting robots for my son, After 2 days one of the remote was not working. Today I went to the shop for the above problem, without wasting any time they immediately replaced the remote. I was very much impressed with their gesture, this is totally professionalism, I highly recommend toy world for toy shopping for your kids.

Just purchased a bike for my 2 year old son. The quality of the product is superb 👌 with a very reasonable price. He loves the bike. They have good and new toys which are unique as well. Toys world is one stop solution for all things. …

Completely impressed with their service as Customer satisfaction seem their top priority. We had purchased an electronic toy whose device was not working when we opened the box after reaching home. We took that back to their shop and they immediately agreed to have that exchanged with a new piece and assured to get that delivered to us by next day as they didn't have another piece at that time. And as they promised, the new piece was delivered to us within a day and to add they were providing regular updates as well on the status of my request. Very happy with the buy and will definitely recommend to everyone.

Pathetic experience very rude behaviour..and sub optimal goods with very high price..I bought a bat in ..it turned out to be defective and of inferior quality. See the termite infested bat..you have given as I trusted you blindly.

I had a terrible experience at this Toy World store. The staff—and even the owner—were shockingly rude and ill-mannered. I returned less than 24 hours after purchasing a toy (still in perfect condition and unopened) to request an exchange, only to be met with an outright refusal and a dismissive attitude. They clearly have no regard for basic customer service or even common courtesy. Instead of trying to help or explain politely, they were unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unwilling to accommodate even a simple, reasonable request. There are plenty of other toy stores with better service and fairer policies—do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I’ll never be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Itna ghatiya or itna ganda toy store hai ye pure planet ka. Yaha ka staff and sabse bekar iska owner ek number ka khadus apne customer ko understand nahi krta or unse badtamizi se bat krta hai. Itne tute phute toys hote hai or gande dust jami hoti hai itna bakwas samaan rakhte hai or nakhre itne jese free me dere ho saman. Dunia me itni shops hai sab apne customers ko best treatment dete hai or unki problem ko samjhte hai lekin ye toy world wale ek number ke badtamiz or rude hai inse kabhi bhi koi saman mat lena or me to har kisi ko ye review dungi about this ghatiya dukan ! Customer ki bat sunni nahi inko bas apni bakwas karte rehte hai. Mene inse vo scooter toy kharid kar galti kardi itna nuksan hua mera paiso ka. Or ye batamiz dukan Wale apne customers ko itna ganda treat krta hai.

Avoid the Toy World store. I strongly recommends that you shop elsewhere where you will find: Fairer prices Better customer service and humble staff Reasonable exchange or return policies

Earlier I visit then at that time price was very high so I neglected this shop. But this time visited to buy gift for my nephew birthday and rates are discounted it shows there is much improvement in shop.
