Deepak Store - Toy Shop and gift shop

Very good quality toys under one roof as i bought a RC Crawler , telescope , Blocks and car even without taking any demo. Must Recommended Toy shop.

Got to know this place from their insta handle , variety at the store is amazing. Ended up buying a uboard hoverboard for my son and few doll sets for my girl. The store is amazing and owner gave me a good deal

Inquired about PS5, they are selling it for around 65k. Quite clearly another scalper. Edit: Sells a product overpriced which is illegal and asks me not to tell his precious customers about the fraud he is. Very cool. Generic scalper behaviour.

Purchased 6 FT trampoline from here and few Barbie dolls , highly satisfied. The owner is really amazing, suggested me the trampoline and my child is enjoying to the fullest. MUST VISIT TOY STORE

Be aware of the prices and total amount charged. The manager tries to outsmart the customer by charging more. For eg: I had the total bill of 2382 but he rounded off and told me to pay 2400. He did not provided bill either.

I bought Ps5 games from them in May 2023. The Mrp was shown as current charges for the games and then the pricing was reduced by 10 to 15%, whereas the actual cost of the games were at lesser price. They didn't inform that the company had reduced prices for the same. For example, Spiderman Miles morale Edition was charged Rs. 2500/-, but the company reduced the prices and it was easily available for Rs. 1,999/- on Amazon as well as other Toy stores. This is just an example, since I bought 04 games from them for Rs. 11,200/-. I had an immediate requirement therefore I did not argue for prices, and asked for best discount. The staff was helpful, but the pricing didn't match the market rate. Do your research before hand.

I paid ₹5000 to Deepak Store for a doll that was supposed to be 100% silicone and imported quality. However, when I received the product, it turned out to be made of soft plastic, not silicone. Similar dolls are available online for just ₹2500. When I contacted the store about this, the seller was rude and refused to offer a refund. This is clearly a case of fraud, and the customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against buying from Deepak Store, as they mislead customers and do not honor their promises.

the shop is good; they have huge variety but some staff is just not very useful.

I recently ordered 30 pieces for a return gifts. He charged me extra 40 per piece, so to ensure that every piece is checked and is working fine. However, still most of the pieces were NOT working. It was highly embarrassing for us as hosts and were really disappointed

The store is amazing . Toys collection is truly exceptional in and around the area. Staff is also super friendly and cooperative. The only down side we found was the unfriendly behaviour of the owner . We came specifically from Chandigarh, if the owner’s behaviour was more friendly and warm we would’ve had a better experience. Overall , a nice place to shop for your kiddo .
