Visited this shop recently for an urgent purchase, and it turned out to be quite an “experience”—though not the kind any customer would want. The store is well-stocked, no doubt. But so are dozens of other shops and online platforms, which makes one wonder why BASIC COURTSEY IS MIISINF HERE. The person at the counter (likely the owner or his son) managed to turn a simple transaction into an unpleasant interaction—culminating in him literally bashing my credit card back on the counter. That pretty much sums up the attitude. Interestingly, the rest of the staff seemed reasonably polite, which only highlights how poor the front-facing behavior is. After my visit, I checked Google reviews and found multiple people describing the exact same experience. So this is clearly not a one-off bad day—it’s a pattern. If you’re someone who values basic respect while spending your money, you might want to consider alternatives (and there are plenty). Visit only if urgency leaves you with no other option—and even then, keep expectations very low.
