Lodhi sports

I could not access the tennis racquets because “the dog is sleeping and bites”. Rude staff. More a pet shop than sport shop

Went to buy new cricket bat grips and bat face protector. Staff keen to try and help but the quality of finished work is poor. Not much attention to detail, e.g. when applying the bat face cover or the tape to hold the grip. I recently used Only Sports at Bishmah Pitamah Marg, which seemed much more professional.

The salesman was nice in dealing with me. He answered my questions. He was calm. There was no pressure on me. I negotiated but the price was fixed. He could have been given more smile.

Don't visit this place, one of my friends visited to buy something, his owner Ravi’s disrespectful demeanor left a bad taste in my mouth. The staff echoed his negativity, making for a very uncomfortable experience. Customer service should be about respect. I won’t recommend this place.

Shop is good as they have most of the products. But very expensive. I went there to buy Yonex as 2 shuttle which is around 1650/- for a box in the market. They quoted me 2090/- which is the MRP. Very expensive.

Lodhi Sports have all that you require in sports but their prices are too high and they never offer any discount. They give you a feeling that they are king - which they are not. Their arrogance has put me off several times and hurt emotionally too but as they are near my home I had no choice but to buy from them for emergent sports goods needs of my children. They sell mostly Chinese brands at MRP which again is controlled by them only. Sick of their too much attitude I searched and have now found many good sports stores in South Delhi which are better than them in brands and price. You may like to see my review of Decathlon store in South Delhi.

Everything is overpriced here and the staff is rude especially the owner. He doesn't know how to talk to people. If you know the right places you can find better or same products at much better prices. They primary aim is to make money. They don't even have any basic knowledge of the products they are selling. They have two stores in Delhi and they have different prices for same products. How is this even possible? Owner doesn't give a damn and if you ask him about this he will straight away tell you to get out of the shop and buy from wherever possible. Which is exactly what I'm going to do now and I think you all should too!

Good shop. Bought a SG bat worth 43000 rupees. They have range of cricket bats from 3000-1.1 lakh rupees. They also have all other sports equipment. An upmarket shop. Not good for bargaining

Selling bad substandard products. We bought a badminton racquet and opened it at home and it was broken. Went back to exchange and they refused. We gifted it to them. No apology, no refund, no exchange. No manners and no professionalism
