Decathlon Sports - Vasant Kunj

Good collection. Shagufta helped me to find right sized swim glasses.

Muskan was really helpful and has perfect knowledge about the products. Soft spoken and kind. Thank you Muskan

I’m visiting this ever since this was started, perhaps shifted from ansal plaza. The staff earlier were well behaved and very cooperative. Now they are like doing policing not facilitating. Especially the one who is at cycle store and the lady who looks after area of badminton and cricket. Floor manager is one of them who just don’t allow kids to do any activity. They mean that you’ve come to buy stuff just buy and go don’t try anything.

My experience with Decathlon at Vasant Kunj Mall was extremely disappointing. The service here is very poor, and the staff handling customer calls lack proper training. It appears they do not even possess basic knowledge regarding their own operational procedures. I ordered a product online on the 6th, and it was delivered on the 8th. On the 12th, I visited the store and returned the product. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 7 days; however, even after waiting a full week, I still had not received my money. I contacted them at least 4–5 times, but on each occasion, they simply repeated, "Your return has been processed; you will receive your refund shortly." It was evident that they themselves were unsure of the actual status of the return. Finally, when I insisted on speaking with a senior staff member, I was informed that my return had not even been processed yet. Only then did they proceed to process my return, and it was only after that that I finally received my refund. All in all, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend visiting this store unless it is absolutely necessary.
