I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Decathlon Vasant Kunj. I ordered a gym cycle 10 days ago, and while the delivery was completed, the installation service has been very poor. Despite multiple follow-ups, the installation team has not visited yet. Every time I contact customer support, I am given false assurances that someone will come “today” or “tomorrow,” but no one actually shows up. It feels like I am being misled repeatedly. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Decathlon that is known for its customer satisfaction. I hope they take this issue seriously and improve their after-sales service. I would not recommend ordering items that require installation unless they fix this problem.
Miss Soniya we had a great experience with you & friendly nature person well communicate with us well spoken
